our Story

We moved out of the city and started a farm to stay connected to nature and teach our three sons self-reliance and life skills. Little did we know that our lives would be filled with such joys and such heartbreaks. We’ve had the joy of helping baby alpacas and sheep be born and the heartache of holding them as they pass away. The farm has taught us all so many valuable lessons, chiefly the fragility and brevity of life itself, and to cherish every moment.

I’m lucky to work with the love of my life, Shannon!
